i have to keep telling myself that work is not personal, it's business. it's business. when i'm on the phone i'm "verizon." when i'm off the phone and i were to see these people, i'd be Kristen and i'm sure we'd have a lovely conversation. it's their bill and they have to take care of it, it's understandable if they're angry. now, the ones that bully and threaten my job, like I'M the one that's in charge of their bill and what they're charged, those are the ones that can FUCK OFF.
i hate new jersey men. especially italian new jersey men. hate.
